• Having ensured that The Chalet Company chalets and farmhouses are in the best possible locations and offer the maximum comfort, our next task is to ensure that the care you receive during you holiday is of the highest standard....
  To this end, our choice of chalet hosts is of paramount importance. One of your hosts will be an experienced chef/cook and both are chosen for their excellent customer care and a love of the mountains and mountain sports.
  Should you require any further assistance during your holiday, our Morzine based office is always happy to help.
  
  Your chalet cook will discuss all your dietary needs and preferences and enjoy spoiling you with culinary delights during you stay. Our wines are chosen with care and you have the option of up-grading these by asking your hosts to purchase for you, at a very small cost, from our wine list.
  
  
• Breakfast: The day begins with a bacon and eggs, a choice of cereals, yoghurts, bread and jam, juices, tea, coffee or hot chocolate
• Afternoon Tea:  After a long day on the mountain, après-Ski tea and cake or savoury snack and vin chaud will be laid out waiting for you.
• Children's supper:  We also provide an early two course children’s supper of a tasty main course and dessert.
• Dinner:  End the day with a four course dinner of tasty french, international & Savoyard menus, local cheeses, wine and coffee.
• Day off: Catering is provided on six out of seven days. On the chalet day off, breakfast and afternoon tea will left for you in  the chalet and bread delivered. In the evening you have the opportunity to try out one of the many local restaurants.
  
  Aprés Ski Relaxation
  3 of the 4 chalets have a saunas/steam room and hot tub/Jacuzzi, to relax tired muscles after an exhilarating day on the slopes. We can also introduce you to a Sports masseuse who works closely with our chalet hosts to arrange appointments.
  All of our chalets are equipped with a television with some UK channels, DVD player, a selection of DVDs, books and games, Nintendo Wii (please feel free to bring games) hair drier, iron, washing machine and tumble drier. Bath and hand towels are provided.
  
  Your Holiday Requirements
  We can offer advice on all aspects of your holiday from ski passes to which ski school would best suit your needs and childcare. We can pre-order your ski passes and have them waiting in the chalet for you on arrival to avoid the queues on your first day. Prior to your holiday, you will receive information forms to complete with your dietary, ski pass and ski/snowboard hire requirements. The more information you can supply about dietary needs, allergies, etc.,  the better we can be prepared.
